From a name search to a transfer of rights: everything you may need to do with a trademark at Rospatent. Each service has a fixed fee; I pay the official fees on your behalf at Rospatent's published rates.

Contract and payment

How the work and payment are arranged

The scope of work, the price and the payment procedure are set out in the contract before work starts.

  • Contract in Russian or English

    The service contract is concluded in Russian or English.

  • Services by a Russian patent attorney

    The work is done by a patent attorney of the Russian Federation entered in the Register of Patent Attorneys, reg. no. 2980. Check the register entry.

  • Payment in yuan by international transfer

    Payment is accepted in Chinese yuan (CNY) by international bank transfer. Prices on this site are quoted in yuan and rounded; the exact amount is stated in the invoice.

You pay one invoice in Chinese yuan (CNY) by international transfer. The attorney pays Rospatent's official fees on your behalf.
10+applications a month

For larger brand portfolios

Discount for 10+ applications a month

For manufacturers, IP agencies and companies with many brands. For 10 or more applications a month, the service fee is negotiated individually.

  • Price depends on volume and scope of work
  • One contract for the whole portfolio
  • A single status report for all applications

The discount applies to the service fee. Official fees are set by the Russian Government and do not change.
