Prices and Rospatent Official Fees
The price has two parts: my fee for the work, which is fixed in the contract, and Rospatent's official fees, charged at the official rates. I pay the official fees on your behalf and include them in one invoice.

Registration fees by number of classes
Filing, examination and registration, with up to 10 items in each class.

Each item over 10 in one class adds CNY 40 to the examination fee. A paper certificate costs CNY 250; the electronic one is issued without this fee.

Fees are quoted from the Regulation on Patent and Other Fees (Government Decree No. 941 of December 10, 2008, as amended on September 23, 2025) as of October 25, 2026. Before paying I check the rates against the official text and the Rospatent fee table.
Rospatent's official fees are set in rubles. They are converted to yuan here at the Bank of Russia's official rate of October 11, 2026 (RUB 12.67 per CNY 1) and rounded; the exact amount is stated in the invoice.
Contract and payment
How the work and payment are arranged
The scope of work, the price and the payment procedure are set out in the contract before work starts.
- Contract in Russian or English
The service contract is concluded in Russian or English.
- Services by a Russian patent attorney
The work is done by a patent attorney of the Russian Federation entered in the Register of Patent Attorneys, reg. no. 2980. Check the register entry.
- Payment in yuan by international transfer
Payment is accepted in Chinese yuan (CNY) by international bank transfer. Prices on this site are quoted in yuan and rounded; the exact amount is stated in the invoice.
How payment works
- I work under a contract with your company
- The invoice is issued once the scope of work is agreed
- I pay Rospatent's fees on your behalf, so you do not need a Russian bank account
- The invoice is paid in Chinese yuan (CNY) by international bank transfer
Why the price does not go up later
The service fee is fixed in the contract. If the examiner sends a notice you do not pay extra: in the full registration package every reply is included. Official fees change only when the Russian Government changes them.
Prices on this site are not a public offer (Russian Civil Code, Art. 437).
For larger brand portfolios
Discount for 10+ applications a month
For manufacturers, IP agencies and companies with many brands. For 10 or more applications a month, the service fee is negotiated individually.

The discount applies to the service fee. Official fees are set by the Russian Government and do not change.
